My name is Michael Jackson.  I want to thank you for this opportunity to share my story with you.  I am a stroke survivor. I have been blessed with a successful business career.  For over thirty years I have worked as a financial advisor, counselor, and investment strategist.  My professional career began in 1989 as a wealth management advisor with Merrill Lynch.  Thirteen years ago I founded t3 Equity labs, a high net worth wealth management group.  In 2017 I had a stroke which caused my aphasia.  National Aphasia Assoc. says “Aphasia is a loss of words – not intelligence.” I have always seen myself as someone who tries to think outside the box and shake up conventional frameworks and perspectives. In 2012 I became very interested in Photography and since then it became my passion.  I specialize in street photography,  nature and animals as well as documentary.   After the stroke photography gave me a new perspective on life. 

It is about finding positives from tragedy, about the power of perseverance and how together we can work for a better life and world to live in.
